Crook a Beck barn really is the perfect getaway. We had such a great time and we felt right at home here. This is a high quality property in a stunning location. Everything is perfect: the well organised kitchen, the underfloor heating, stone floor tiles, the beautiful bathroom with excellent shower, cosy bedroom and our favourite; the log burner. And the views!
Typically we’re out and about in the evenings but for this trip we stayed in, made a fire, cooked fantastic local steaks and relaxed under the skylights, looking out at the passing storm and full moon.
Judith is the perfect host, clear instructions, responsive communication. There is so much attention to detail here and some beautiful finishing touches. The Lemon Drizzle Cake being our favourite.
Personally I want to keep Crook a Beck a secret! Thanks for having us Judith, we hope to return later in the year.
